• Tripggo is not responsible for payment failures caused by third-party payment providers.

7. Driver Responsibilities

Drivers associated with Tripggo are expected to:

• Drive responsibly and follow traffic rules.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and condition.
• Respect passengers and ensure safe travel.

8. Limitation of Liability

Tripggo strives to provide a safe and reliable service but is not responsible for:

• Delays due to traffic, weather, breakdowns, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Personal belongings lost during the trip.
• Actions or negligence of third-party drivers or service providers.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, graphics, and technology on Tripggo are the property of Tripggo and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without our permission.
